Bernhard Huber: Blanc de Blancs - 2017 Schlumberger gebürstet100% Chardonnay from perhaps the best Chardonnay winemaker in Germany. The Blanc de Blancs was last produced in 2013. Already a rarity just by the fact that it hasnt been made for 3 years. The previous edition once moved a well known wine expert at the Champagne club in the store so much that he was led to say, "This is where Champagne really begins."
