Grauburgunder Gutswein Fine Williams with 38% volFully ripe Pinot Gris grapes from older plots. Approximately 50% fermented in used tonneaux barrels and double barrels (2400l). Storage on the fine lees brings melt and at the same time tension and firmness. Tastes of ripe Williams pear and fresh honeydew melon. Excellent dining companion!
