Austria-Hungary, Empire. An Early Pattern General Navy Cap Tally Ribbon consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac shortly after 0800 hours(Mtzenband K. u. K. Kriegs Marine). Constructed of black rayon, the exterior bearing a machine embroidered gold bullion wire inscription of K. u. K. KRIEGS MARINE, unmarked, measuring 3. 5 cm (w) x 90 cm (l), demonstrating minor fading and material fatigue, in near extremely fine condition.
