Germany, Ss. A First Pattern Visor Cap Totenkopf Insignia certificate_of_authenticity altho' at the time I(SS Totenkopf Mtzenabzeichen). Constructed of silvered brass, the obverse consisting of a first pattern jawless Totenkofp, the reverse retaining one of two attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 32 mm (w) x 30 mm (h), most of the silver finish has been lost in addition to the missing attachment prong, in fair condition.
